LYON EQUIPMENT WATERFEST! MAIN ROOM IN USE AND GAZEBOS ETC.

We’re looking to run an event showcasing Lyon Watersports. We’d like to display the entire RTM kayak/canoe/sit-on-top range as well as the Indiana foiling and SUP products and Ortlieb/Exped drybags and accessories. We’re planning on inviting our key customers as well as the brands themselves. We’d love to use killington as our venue.

Would it be possible to have use of the main room, to host presentations, and set up gazebos and such on the grass outside on the 13th & 14th of September?
