PAYMENTS

The preferred method of payment is bank transfer. Full details are set out below. This is the safest, fastest and cheapest option. (If you are unable to pay by bank transfer cheques can be accepted but this will incur extra bank charges for KSA and will increase delay and the chances of error. Please advise the Membership Secretary if you wish to pay by cheque and you will be provided with a postal address to which a cheque can be sent.)

What happens next?

Your membership will be pending until approved and payment has been received. Once approved you will have access to the members only areas of the website and you will be able to book the Club Craft and manage your membership account. In the event that the Association is unable to provide the storage facilities you have requested, you will be refunded the relevent fee. Please contact the Membership Secretary for any clarification or await contact regarding confirmation of your renewed or requested storage faciliites.

Terms of Service

By joining KSA I agree to the following declaration:

  • I am competent to handle the craft registered or club craft used.
  • I consent to the rules of the Association and agree to abide by them.
  • I understand that all users of the lake take full responsibility for their own safety at all times.
  • I am over 18 years of age (or if under 18, will only use the lake under the supervision of a responsible adult)
  • I hold valid insurance which covers "3rd party" claims up to at least £1 million against any person authorised by me to sail a craft I have registered on the reservoir (Please note members do NOT require insurance to sail the Club Craft as they are covered by the Association's insurance)
  • I am happy to undertake routine duties to help run the club
  • I agree to this information being stored on a computer and this online membership system

  • Initial Joining Fee if applicable
  • Fees for requested berths or other storage facilities

    • Please check carefully that the total at the top of the form is correct, as any errors will delay approval of your application.
